Do you offer fabric swatches? Are they free?
Yes, we do. Products we offer swatches for will have a link to the right of the main photo. Simply click on "Order Swatch Now" to add to your cart. We do charge for swatches- even for a single swatch. They range in price from $.60 to $1.99 per swatch. There is also a $4.99 PRIORITY USPS shipping charge. Your photos show 2 panels. Will I get 2 panels or 1?
A majority of our curtains as sold PER PANEL (1qty). On the individual product pages under "Product Features" it will indicate if the items is sold PER PANEL(1qty) or PER PAIR (2qty). Go to Top...


What does Custom Made Size mean?

Do you offer Custom- will you make curtains to my exact size and style?
We do offer Custom/Made to Measure items. Not ALL product can be customized. Product that can be customized will have a "Need A Different Size? I've order some items that are Ready Made and some that are Custom Made. When willI receive my order?
We will NOT hold your order to ship items all items together. In general Ready Made items you can expect to be delivered within 10-12 business days. Custom Made Size items you can expect to be delivered to you within 4-5 weeks. Go to Top...


Can I "Shop By Size" on your site?
Unfortuneatley, at this time we do not offer a Shop By Size Feature. Sizes offered will be in the "Select Size" drop down menu on each product page. In general we offer a majority of our products in the Pole Pocket Header option in the sizes of 50" wide by 84", 96" 108" and 120" long. If a size is not listed in the drop down menu that means we have SOLD OUT. A lot of our items do get re-orderd. Please see each product page for details.Go to Top...

Sorry, no. You are buying 1 panel and getting 1 panel FREE- ending up with a pair. When shopping our Buy 1 Get 1 FREE items you are basically entereing the number of pairs you would like to receive.
